"MOTION" is a movement. A place where there is nothing to learn and everything to remember. It happens every month on Saturday in a space where there's room for everyone to move. AND this September it morphs into a full day workshop with both a morning and afternoon session.This is RIPE EQUINOX...
Together and alone we'll be making space for all that is juicy as well as all that is bitter.
Moving with the stuck and sticky; the tense and bursting; the catalytic and combusting; the light and luscious; and the perfectly imperfect.
Equinox's are portal.
The question is are we ready to jump through? Is readiness a doing? Or is it simply an act of patience? How can we honour this process and use our body to ritualise it?
The autumn equinox harvest time offers us this opportunity like no other - a gateway to ripening our embodiment.
