My Naked Body is a 4-day Retreat to explore the theme of ‘nakedness’ as erotic beings – our physical bodies, yes, but also nakedness as a metaphor for openness and vulnerability. Together, we will drop away from daily life and into ourselves to meet our and each other’s personal integrity (authenticity), connection and erotic play. Letting go of metaphorical layers or ‘clothing’ might very well create moments of surprise and wonder.
In this retreat, we will enter into an immersive, judgement-free and curious process. We’ll establish boundaries and safety from the very start, and we’ll learn to let the thinking mind rest as we discover our personal answers to questions such as:
Which parts of my physical body am I comfortable with? How much space can I make for the other parts, too?
How do I show up for (naked = true) myself?
How am I with my naked body with myself? And with others?
How is my erotic experience enhanced by openness and vulnerability?
How does peeling off layers allow me to be more alive and vibrant?
While physical nudity is invited, it is never required or expected. We respect all boundaries and support every body throughout the retreat (please visit FAQ’s for more info).
