The 5Rhythms are a map you can follow so you get to know yourself through dance. The Rhythms are flowing, staccato, chaos, lyrical and stillness. Together they form a 'Wave' of movement and energy. Each of the rhythms invites you to move on the different way. We get out of our heads, into our bodies to find out that everything in you has a dance. The light and the dark side, the slow and the fast, weight and spaciousness. If everything dances the dancer disappears and only the dance remains. This is a feeling of ecstasy. Dancing everything gives freedom for body, heart and soul.This weekend is for everybody who wants to learn what the 5Rhythms are about and for experienced dancers who want to dive deeper and explore the maps from the root of this work: the body.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
