During this workshop, we discover our moving selves in relationships, using Gabrielle Roth’s 5Rhythms dance meditation practice of flow, staccato, chaos, lyrical and stillness as our reliable resource, expanded with Eckhart Tolle-based meditation, bodywork and teachings as loving support.

This weekend the dance floor is both our playground and safe haven; our sacred space to move, dance and practice our relationships and develop our relationship skills. From the power of now, we will practice our ability to be present with our self, the other and the group; explore how to hold ourselves in places where we get stuck and discover how we can be fluid and rooted in relationship to our self.

We will practice heart connection and look for how to define our clarity in relationship to ourselves and the one who we are with; how do we meet, how do we stay, how do we end, how do we express and keep our truth in heartful contact with the one who we are with?  

Through moving and dancing together a whole weekend, there’s time for our questions & mindfucks to dissolve and disappear, time for our body wisdom to open up and blossom, time to play, share, enjoy relationships effortlessly from moment to moment ; in full and loving awareness that we’re all one.
