Come join Ruth Hirst to dive deep into the shapes of our stories through movement mindfull breath work, improvisation theatre - Playback and Ritual Theatre. We are all made up of many stories, sometimes stories we have held onto that have served there time, but time to let go. And there are dreams, that we would like to manifest. In seeing our moment, stories, conflicts, dreams move through the space, a healing happens, seeing these move through emboding them, we can let go, and give space for other stories to come through.

This workshop starts with an open evening, and is connected with the workshop, or can be separate.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
