DESCRIPCION
This workshop is targeted at dancers who are moving with physical limitations, whether caused by age, injury or life changes such as pregnancy. It is also open to anyone keen to learn ways of supporting the body in movement so that we can continue this as a life-long practice. there will be particular focus on hearing the wisdom buried in the body.Times: 12.30pm - 5pm
