Die Schwierigkeit liegt darin, als Erwachsener einer zu bleiben.“ Pablo PicassoWas bewegt uns? Und wie findet unsere kreative Energie verkörperte Form, tänzerischen Ausdruck? Die 5Rhythmen® - Flowing Staccato Chaos Lyrical Stillness – nehmen uns mit auf eine bewegte Reise. Da werden instinktive Körperbilder erweckt, Gefühle finden Ausdruckskraft und Gestalt, Imagination und Körper verschmelzen, die Bewegung wird improvisierte Tanzkunst, Inspiration in Bewegung.
Wir wollen unserer kreativen Energie mit bildnerischer Gestaltung neuen Raum eröffnen: Experimentierfreude mit Materialien, Möglichkeiten des lebendigen, authentischen bildlichen Ausdrucks. Nicht geplant und überlegt sondern mit Vertrauen in unsere Intuition entstehen Bilder/Collagen/Kunstwerke. Genährt und inspiriert von den Tänzen kreiert unser innerer Künstler bildliche Formen und neuen Tanzstoff - vom Tanz zur Kunst zum Tanz...
Es sind keine Vorkenntnisse, weder tänzerisch noch künstlerisch, notwendig. Die 5Rhythmen® sind eine organische Methode und ein Künstler steckt in jedem.

What moves us? And how does creative energy find embodied form and dancing expression? The 5Rhythms® - Flowing Staccato Chaos Lyrical Stillness - take us on a moving journey. Instinctive body images are stirred and feelings find expression. As imagination and body merge, inspired movement becomes improvised dance art.
We want to open new space for our creative energy. We invite the joy of experimenting with materials to form alive and authentic artistic expression. Trusting our intuition we will make artwork that is imbued with spontaneity. Nurtured and inspired by our dances, our inner artist will create pictorial forms and this will be new material for our dance. We move from dance to art and from art to dance.
There´s nothing you need to know in terms of dance or art. 5Rhythms® offer an organic method and an artist waits to be stirred to life in each one of us.
