One workshop: £70 (including a one to one session - recommended to integrate) £45 just the dance session. To book the zoom integration session, you can do this on the day, cost is £25.

For any 3 sessions including the integration session - paid upfront £195, or just the workshop sessions £120

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
