In the 5Rhythms practice, Stillness is a moving meditation that holds it all: dark and light, dynamic and peaceful, powerful and gentle, deep and expansive, intense and ephemeral. The journey through Stillness can be profoundly healing as well as offering a place to lay down our burdens and to rest in movement. Its place in the cycle of the 5Rhythms is mysterious as it is both the beginning and the end of the Wave. The void from which all life flows.

We will pause for lunch and it would be nice if we could bring food to share. I will be bring teas, milk and sweet treats.
