~ On this retreat we will offer ourselves to the hidden gifts of Autumn, through dropping into the transformational embodiment practices of 5Rhythms & Somatic Movement. The retreat will take place in an exquisite residential woodland setting.
~ Our focus will be on embodying the different emotional tones & expressions that can arise at the beginning of Autumn. Just as the falling leaves remind us of the beauty inherent within the process of dying, we can rediscover the mystery & inner peace that come from releasing the tensions within our movement & allowing our feelings to flow.
~ Along with dancing to wonderful music, we will commune around the outdoor fire, share delicious meals, bathe under the magical sky in the cedarwood hot tub, shed skins in the sauna & enjoy a silent forest walk to a hidden waterfall where we’ll have the opportunity to cleanse ourselves anew in the wild waters.
Various accommodation options are available.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
