NEW VISION, NEW YEAR WORKSHOP 2026/27 WITH MARTINA AND ANŽE

Welcome to join us for an unforgettable 4-day workshop. New Vision is a time where we look back with gratitude, celebrate the here and now and create a vision of the future. An open creative space where we express ourselves authentically as individuals and co-create as a group. The workshop takes place for the ninth year in a row and is designed, on a symbolic level, to raise awareness of the darkness and magical part of the winter on one side and the light and hope of the new sun on the other hand.

The workshop will take place in Jezersko (Slovenia) which is a charming little town surrounded by unspoiled nature, breathtaking mountains and is famous for its heart-shaped lake and healing water sources.

For who is the workshop intended for? For everyone who likes to express themselves through movement and breath and would like to spend the New Year without alcohol. No previous experience in the 5Rhythms practice is necessary. If you can walk, you can dance.

Practical informations:

Hall: we will dance in a beautiful, warm, freshly renovated hall with a wooden floor, reserved exclusively for our group, with views of the snow-capped mountains.

Accommodation: we have reserved several accommodation options, all within a 1–5 minute drive from the hall.

WORKSHOP PROGRAM

Starts on Tuesday, 29th December at 18:00 and finishes on Friday, 1st January at 14:30. You will receive the detailed schedule after registration.

LOCATION: Primary school Matija Valjavec, Zgornje Jezersko 62, 4206 Zgornje Jezersko

Jezersko is located 38 minutes from Kranj, 1 hour from Ljubljana, 1 hour 10 minutes from Klagenfurt, 1 hour 45 from Trieste, 2 hours 10 minutes from Zagreb, 2 hours 15 minutes from Graz, 3 hours 45 minutes from Linz, 4 hours 10 minutes from Vienna.

Those who will come with train or bus to Ljubljana (or Kranj), we will connect you with local dancers or organise shuttle service.

MARTINA & ANŽE: Martina and Anže are accredited active members of the international 5Rhythms Teacher Association (5RTA).

Martina has been dancing since 1997. She has been teaching 5Rhythms since 2014 at the Waves level and since 2022 at the Heartbeat level. She is a dancer, vocalist, and artist with a deep love for theatre. She is passionate about teaching, books, cats, and travel. The words of Gabrielle Roth, “I love your fire,” changed her life. Her teaching style is respectful and sensitive to the group body, while at the same time playful and full of joy. Participants in her workshops often report a sense of being held within a deeper process of healing on a social level.

Anže has been dancing 5Rhythms for over fourteen years and has been leading regular weekly classes in Ljubljana for eight consecutive years. In 2021, he completed the 5Rhythms teacher training at the Waves level. By profession, he is a social worker with a degree in Family Constellations. He is in love with football, mountains and travel.

Together with Martina, they are devoted explorers of the 5Rhythms and Family Constellation method and deeply in love with life.

For those on a path to become a 5Rhythms teacher, this workshop counts 3 days, Waves level.
