水と緑の豊かな、食のくに、若狭小浜は、私のふるさとです。小浜にある美しいバレエスタジオをメインに、勝手知った私のふるさとで、時には水辺で、時にはお寺で、５リズムを踊ります。平成踊り納め。

何が起こるか、何を感じるか、５リズムをじっくりと、時間をかけて体に染み込ませ、美味しいものでカロリーを補充！
