DESCRIPCION

The workshop's purpose is to create deeper contact with our true nature, where the 5 Rhythms is our guide into the body. We will combine dance with Berit's genuine wisdom, reflections and each participant will have the possibility to discover their individual identity now. When we dance the 5 Rhythms we ground the body in the first rhythm, Flowing, find the body's natural expression in Staccato, release new energy in Chaos, which then often creates lightness, creativity, and a feeling of freedom in the Lyrical rhythm. Finally, the rhythms are integrated into just being in Stillness, moving without doing. This event is for beginners as well as experienced dancers.
