How do we give ourselves permission?

To be strong.

To be soft.

To be seen.

To fall apart and come alive again.

Permission is a weekend of movement and discovery.

Together, we will investigate what it means to move beyond the walls we build around our hearts — and into the wide, wild landscape of our own truth.

Through the 5Rhythms® Waves map, we’ll explore strength, vulnerability, authenticity, and the possibility of deep connection — with self, other, and life itself.
