Through the moving meditation of 5Rhythms and the power of live music,we enter the fire consciously.
Not to force change,but to allow what is false, exhausted, or outdated
to soften and fall away.
We allow the body to loosen what the mind has held too tightly.Together we will dance through:

Katarzyna, Certificated 5Rhythms® Teacher Heartbeat level was born in Poland, She has been leaving in Uk for over 23 years. She has been dancing and practicing the 5Rhythms® for over twenty six years now. She has a degree (BA hon.) in Pedagogy of Health with specialization in Creative Arts Therapy as well as Diploma of Academy of Alternative Psychology. She is a member of Polish Psychologists Association(UK) and Arts and Health Association (UK) ; teaches 5Rhythms in London and abroad as well as works as an art/dance therapist. She is passionate about art and uses oil painting as a form of self-expression.
For over 10 years, she has collaborated with her partner Piero, together creating a harmonious holding environment and a deeply creative space for 5Rhythms exploration, movement, and transformation.
Piero is a professional artist and musician with many years of experience. Using a rich variety of instruments — including percussion, drums, flute, duduk, guitar, and charango — he creates immersive live loops and soundscapes that beautifully support and deepen the movement process.
No experience required. Just your willingness to move, feel, and listen.
