In Waves of 5Rhythms we explore the language of the body, we find our feet, we dare to breathe, we (re)connect with our lifeforce. In the Heartbeat map of the 5Rhythms, we find the language of the heart through the body. We explore our emotions as creative energy, we widen our movement vocabulary and we express our feelings in gestures and shapes. Poetry reveals itself when we take away the noise. We strip away unessential parts of the story till we have the bare bones left. We dance till we drop, and then we dance some more, till there is nothing left but the dance, and we become energy in motion, poetry in motion. You are a poem, an alive poem, with rhythm and space and imagination. You are living art. ‘The body doesn’t lie’.NOTAS
This workshop counts as 10 heartbeat hours for the teacherstraining.
WORKSHOP NIVEL
In Heartbeat we explore our emotions as energy, as power, as part of being human. Old feelings that have been locked in our limbs or caged in our chest begin to shake loose. We get comfortable with feelings, neither hanging onto them nor pushing them away.
