Welcoming everything that comes to us in the dance of this life, it is the secret to being fully alive. Everything from the beginning of a shared intimacy to the little and big deaths, in the loss of a shared intimacy. These portals, are the moments when we can push against what life offers, or we can take the hand of life and move with grace. Using the map of the 5Rhythms we will explore these portals, through each rhythm, finding a greater understanding of ourselves, our ways of connection and disconnection. As these awareness' emerge, we risk deepening into ourselves, one another and deepening into this this place, this is where we walk one another home
