Love it or loathe it, the 'festive' season overwhelms us all. Whether you're a busy parent or try to ignore the whole thing, give yourself the gift of an afternoon of 5Rhythms, and let go of those thoughts and to do lists. Using the Waves map of the 5Rhythms, Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness, we'll dance, dream, celebrate and reflect... Bring your dancing feet, willing bodies and busy minds to the floor, then let the world fall away as you simply Press Pause...NOTAS
When: 1-4pm November 25th. Music will start at 12.40pm. Afterwards we'll have tea and cake!

Please bring layers to dance in and a water bottle. We dance in bare feet or non-marking indoor shoes only.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
