The detox menu is based on organic, raw, fresh ingredients.

Your Chef, Konstantinos Binieris is known to create meals and juices that are super healthy, of high nutritional value and so relaxing for your eyes too!

Deborah Jay-Lewin has been teaching 5Rhythms® since 1994 and is a founding member of Open Floor International , teaching Open Floor Practice since 2014. Patty Petropoulou is the first 5Rhythms teacher in Greece and Deborah was her first teacher and a very good friend. Together they will create detox magic!

26-28 July, at Re-green, in Seliana, an amazing place where community thrives together with Nature.

The natural swimming pool, the traditional sauna/temascal, the amazing maloca where we will move, the waterfalls and spots for relaxation all around the area is where you can truly find time for yourself.
