I am truly excited to be offering this one day workshop on the first day of the New Year.

We will be dancing, reflecting and inviting simple rituals marking the transition into 2020.

The intention for this workshop is to provide a day of nourishment for our bodies, hearts and souls. We will take some extra time and space to be with and connect more deeply to ourselves through movement, and invite the dance to reveal and inspire some insights for us.

Beginners and experienced dancers are equally welcome. If you have never danced the 5Rhythms it is advised to attend one 5Rhythms class prior to the workshop.

TIME: 12noon - 6:00pm

COST: Early bird until 10th December £50, thereafter £60

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
PRERREQUISITOS: No prerequisites required.
