In November 2013 we danced the first Rebel Dancer, hope you want to join the second one: There is a rebellious dancer in all of us. Often sleeping, until it is activated to expression, when we are confronted with a threat to our freedom or independence. Your inner rebel needs expression and being to feel its power through your passion. When we feel resistance in daily life, when our rebel wakes up, we often suppress its dance or just make small steps on the spot. Through the 5rhythms we get to know our inner and outer rebel, and are able to transform levels of communication to greater insight, outlook and compassion.
