DESCRIPCION

Receptivity is the ability to feel our bodily sensations, grasp our internal perceptions and realize the world around us. Cultivating receptivity can be an open window to new, wider and more alive landscapes. Our bodies are receptive. We are interconnected through them to everything that surrounds us but, sometimes, the noise of our minds makes it difficult for us to experience the present moment. We tend to focus our energy on the action and on the outside world and, because of it, we lose contact with our internal landscapes, with the intuitive wisdom of our bodies. The body is the dimension in which we accept life without conditioning or judgments. We can learn to listen with curiosity and acceptance to our internal and external perceptions and open ourselves to fully experience reality. In this workshop, through body movement and breathing, we will explore the conditions that nourish receptivity.
