A chance to dance. To reflect. To let go of anything that no longer serves us. To move with any intentions we may have for the coming year. To dance.
Limited places and this will be fully booked so early booking highly recommended.
St Aelreds is a lovely hall 20 minutes by bus, 15 minutes by bike from York City Centre. If you are coming from out of town, it's just 10 minutes off the A64, far easier than the old Priory Street venue. There is plenty of free on site and on street parking.

Refund Policy
OK shit happens and, particularly at this time of year things can change. If you are no longer able to make it, you can cancel up to one week prior to the event and I can refund you minus £3 ticketing fee or you can carry the full amount over to a future workshop. Later than one week prior to the workshop, you can carry your payment over if your place is filled. Obviously if something untoward happens, I'm not a bread-head, call me for a chat.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
