How we are on the dance floor is a reflection of how we are in life. In this workshop we will explore and deepen the connections we make to our bodies using the 5Rhythms Waves map. As we enrich these relationships through awareness and attention our choices increase and we empower ourselves to respond fully to our own needs, those of the partner in front of us and the communities we live in both on and off the dance floor

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
