DESCRIPCION

In the 5Rhythms practice we get to experience five different patterns of movement and ways of being. Some rhythms are like dear old friends and feel familiar. Others might be foreign and even uncomfortable for us. What would it be like to befriend all of them in ourselves and in our environment? In this workshop we will connect deeply with the pulsing of our rhythm and soul and explore our own authentic expression. From that place we can then embrace the waves that life moves towards us with ease and an open heart.
