The 5Rhythms® practice in an exhilarating and liberating approach to the exploration of improvised movement that is authentic, inspired and catalytic. It is a workout for body and soul, a moving meditation, and a fun spiritual practice designed to release the dancer that lives in every body, regardless of age, experience or condition.We invite you to vitalize and to unleash the wild and untamed spontaneous freedom we are all born with. It is a path from depression into expression, from contraction into expansion and from fragmentation into wholeness.
Together we will free our bodies, open our hearts and empty our busy minds.
Bettina Rothe is a somatic coach and a licensed 5Rhythms® dance teacher who has studied healing movement arts, psychology, meditation, and shamanic practices. Her passion is to invite people into conscious embodiment. She has been teaching workshops internationally since 1998. www.bettinarothe.com
