When choosing this year’s title, we first asked ourselves what the present time is calling for. What is needed? What do we want to address and deepen? With “Hope” we have not only found a wonderful title, but, as we noticed just recently, we “coincidentally” picked up the name of the organization we value and support so much. AND this organization is celebrating its 25th birthday this year.

Hope is light that illuminates the darkness. How do we manage to generate or/and preserve hope in our world with its crises, wars and conflicts? Hope arises when we think that everything will be fine, that things will work out, that there will be a solution. Hope is directed towards the future. If we hope for a good outcome and trust that we will find help, ways and means to achieve our goals, then we are confident and feel strength and energy.

On these days, we want to explore how we can use the 5Rhythms practice to achieve this. Feel invited, whether you are an experienced dancer or a newcomer. You are very welcome.

From Sunday, March 3, you can register for the 5Rhythms Festival using the registration form here on this website. As the rooms available on site are in high demand, don’t wait to register. We are already looking forward to seeing you, the teachers who will be teaching, Nina, who will creatively implement the motto “HOPE”, the helpers in the core team and the many supporters who give us, the festival and the children in Kathmandu hope that everything will turn out well.

Situated in the countryside, on the edge of the Alb, in a quiet and beautiful location, space is created for people to come together and dance. In Ruppertshofen, approx. 15 km from Schwäbisch Gmünd, we can once again dance through our inner spaces as a tribe and meet ourselves and others in the process. With the guidance of experienced 5Rhythms teachers, we will open ourselves up to follow the rhythms and, in doing so, we will experience and feel ourselves again and again and revive the positive qualities we sometimes thought we had lost.

WORKSHOP NIVEL

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
PRERREQUISITOS: No prerequisites required.
