5Rhythms® Dance is a spiritual practice, a movement meditation, an embodied path to healing and transformation. The aim is to move and integrate each of the 5Rhythms and their teachings: Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness. Together they form a Wave that can be described as a conscious ecstatic experience in movement.

The practice gives us specific tools to unlock our creative spirit and find freedom in our body, heart and mind. Using the body as the gateway, we discover our personal expression of each rhythm.

This evening will offer an introduction to the embodiment of the 5Rhythms practice in community. All levels of the practice are welcome.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
PRERREQUISITOS: No prerequisites required.
