Ah Lyrical! Rhythm of the lightness of our being! The lift-off we can experience in Lyrical is an emergence, arising out of the discovery, definition, and dissolution of the rhythms danced before. When we deep-dive off the cliffs of Chaos into the unknown, we create opportunity for the wings of our soulful selves to Expand from the integrity of our body's wisdom. From this Expansion emerge the patterns and possibilities which inspire our unique personal choreography. In this day-long dalliance with Lyrical, we'll let go into the dance of the Rhythms, and then let go of the letting-go. Playing with shifting our perspective as we shift our shapes, we'll investigate how easy soulful embodiment can be.

Join us for one or all of our 2015 series of one-day workshops, 5Rhythms® Fundamentals. This series is for anyone new to the practice looking to dip a toe into deeper waters, anyone practiced seeking to step out on a longer journey, anyone interested in developing a stronger foundation in, and understanding of the practice.
