Part 3 of a three-part series of one-day workshops - this session (and series) is for anyone new to the practice looking to dip a toe into deeper waters, anyone practiced seeking to step out on a longer journey, anyone at all interested in developing a stronger foundation in, and understanding of the practice.

We invite you to flesh out your whole practice by attending all three sessions, or fill in the missing parts in your embodiment by attending just one or another of these focused investigations.
