Each of us is a moving center, a space of divine mystery. ~Gabrielle Roth~5Rhythms is a medicine wheel which begins at the center with a guided musical journey into moving meditation, a wave of five fundamental rhythms: Flowing, Staccato, Lyrical and Stillness.
5Rhythms transcends dance. The movement is the medicine, the meditation and the metaphor. Together we peel back layers, lay masks down, and dance till we disappear…Only to rediscover ourselves through it all.
