We will explore the basic embodied philosophy and practice of the 5Rhythms in this workshop. When we move through the rhythms of Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical & Stillness, we see where our energy is moving and where it might be getting stuck. The practice offers us valuable life tools to move through all circumstances.
