we build a medicinewheel and let all prayers unfold in a dance. the ritual will takke place from 13:30 till 17:30. In the morning there is a monthly WAVE-session from 10:30-12:30. no obligation to do both, but interesting to deeping your experience in the medicinewheel-dance.

WORKSHOP NIVEL

In Heartbeat we explore our emotions as energy, as power, as part of being human. Old feelings that have been locked in our limbs or caged in our chest begin to shake loose. We get comfortable with feelings, neither hanging onto them nor pushing them away.
PRERREQUISITOS: Waves
