We take these questions through Waves of 5Rhythms; Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stilness. It's a dynamic and expressive movement practise that opens the way for growth and healing. Although we will move with all of the 5rhythms, the empasis will be on flowing and lyrical. Besides 5Rhythms we’ll be inspired by SystemicRitual, a shamanic constellation work. 

Flowing calls us home in our earthy bodies. It teaches us about continuum, ongoing movements coming from the feet, in connection with the path we go. Our ancestors travelled with their feet. It makes us aware of our gravity and connects us with the ancient wisdom of the earth. Touching ground. The dance of your roots. Where do you come from? What is your relation with the earth beneath your sweet feet, with the space in your back? What wisdom does your body carry? Maybe there are movements speaking through you that also spoke through your ancestors?  

Lyrical breathes in the element air. It comes in and out through your arms and fingers, it is light, playful, adventurous and it whispers to us about magic and soul. Unfold your Wings! Let them grow from your shoulderblades, expanding all the way through your arms into your fingertips. Reaching further then the physical boundary, beyond the visible. Touching air, sky. Opening the space in front of you. Where do you go? Let your dreams and visions take you on a lifelong dance.

¿De dónde vienes? ¿A dónde vas?  

Nos hacemos estas preguntas a través de las olas de 5 Ritmos; Fluido, Staccato, Caos, Lírico y Quietud. Es una práctica de movimiento dinámico y expresivo que abre el camino para el crecimiento y la curación. Aunque nos moveremos con los 5 ritmos, el énfasis estará en fluido y lírico. Además de en los 5Ritmos, nos inspiraremos en Ritual Sistémico, un trabajo de constelaciones chamánicas.  

El Fluido nos llama a casa en nuestros cuerpos terrenales. Nos enseña sobre el continuo, los movimientos continuos que provienen de los pies, en conexión con el camino que recorremos. Nuestros ancestros viajaban con sus pies. Nos hace conscientes de nuestra gravedad y nos conecta con la sabiduría ancestral de la tierra. Tocando tierra. La danza de tus raíces. ¿De dónde vienes? ¿Cuál es tu relación con la tierra bajo tus dulces pies, y el espacio a tus espaldas? ¿Qué sabiduría trae tu cuerpo? ¿Quizás hay movimientos expresándose a través de ti que también se expresaron a través de tus ancestros?  

Lirico respira en el elemento aire. Entra y sale a través de tus brazos y dedos, es ligero, juguetón, aventurero y nos susurra acerca de la magia y el alma. ¡Despliega tus alas! Déjalas crecer desde tus omóplatos, expandiéndose a lo largo de tus brazos hasta la punta de tus dedos. Llegando más allá del límite físico, más allá de lo visible. Tocando el aire, el cielo. Abriendo el espacio frente a ti. ¿A dónde vas? Deja que tus sueños y visiones te lleven a una danza para toda la vida.
