Sadhana means 'spiritual practice' in Sanscrit. This class is my offering, my way to share with you how the dance and the practice of the 5Rhythms became a spiritual dance practice. A way to connect with your own inner dance, with your essence, with the meditation of the dance. With the Mystery and of course, the Spirit in all things. 

On this week before the Christmas break, we will dance for a week, 1hour per day, 1hour to meditate per day, and 1hour to connect and dance with the invisible.
