The Dance Between Darkness and Light

All rhythms have a shadow side and none of them are foreign to us.

We will shine light on our shadow and experience that truly everything is a dance: resistance, control, confusion, dissociation, and numbness.

Where have you locked yourself away?

Where is more life, freedom and authenticity possible?

I will guide you through the map of the 5Rhythms, as we journey together to explore the patterns that limit us. Nothing human is foreign to us. Everything is a dance!

WORKSHOP NIVEL

In Heartbeat we explore our emotions as energy, as power, as part of being human. Old feelings that have been locked in our limbs or caged in our chest begin to shake loose. We get comfortable with feelings, neither hanging onto them nor pushing them away.
PRERREQUISITOS: Waves
