Sadhana Wave is a regular class where I love to explore the depths of our inner and solo dance through the Map of the 5Rhythms, I way to deeply connect to ourselves and from this journey towards the center, discover how we suddenly connect with the great mystery, the divine and sacredness around all.

Through these 5 sessions, we are going to include Journal as a way to channel this presence into words, drawing...
