SANCTUARY

 “Within you there is a stillness and a sanctuary to which you can retreat at any time and be yourself”

As the land, full of bounty, releases it’s treasures, we will use this time together to find refuge in our body, to explore vulnerability with awareness while diving into the waves.

Surrounded by nature, we will find our ground with our feet, from our core and our breath as we navigate and find solace with the 5Rhythms practice. 

With this sanctuary, alignment with our body, mind and spirit, will be the medicine of this exploration.

This will be an intimate workshop as we will be moving together and sharing our afternoon in this magical yurt in the country right during the peak of the fall colors; a powerful sanctuary indeed.
