A weekend exploring the Shadow map in the 5Rhythmspractice, recovering from the shadows of our dance the gifts hiddenin each rhythm. 

The 5 Rhythms of Flow Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical andStillness have shadow sides, places where we can get stuck in the dance: inFlowing, too tired to dance, in Staccato, tense and tightly controlled, inChaos, sloppy, careless, and confused, In Lyrical fake or spaced out, and inStillness cold and numb. But each of these 'shadows' contains a valuable gift,which can be overlooked in our search for that 'perfect' moment in the dance.In this workshop we'll delve into the shadow of each rhythm and bring its giftinto the dance. A surprisingly playful workshop!
