One of the highest goals we can achieve in life is to become our own best friend. Easier said than done. Especially for the parts of us we don't like so much. We tend to hide these parts and lose affection for ourselves. Especially in hard times we benefit if we know  how to give ourselves a good hug. It is only with acceptance we can learn from the past.

This workshop is a way to dive deep in our life stories. We do this by moving and dancing as well as speaking and listening to each other. Dancing with ease and pleasure,and with our struggles. For the purpose of love. For a peaceful world. Driven by the wisdom that peace starts within ourselves. We dance intensively and we explore the map of the 5Rhythms. The lights as well as the shadows. We are gentle with ourselves and set clear boundaries so healing can have a chance.

Highlight of the workshop is an evening session. We prepare ourselves to come in a way we normally don’t show. Our shadows are coming to light.  Costumes,props and an excellent surrounding. It is all part of the shadow and light party.
