This is a 6 month closed-group continuing women's circle. We will now begin our journey to the heartland. We will travel the vast landscape of the emotional map through fear, anger, sadness, joy and compassion. Allowing the spirit of the emotions to move, we invite the stories to slip away.. Emotions, free of stories, are there to serve us. We will share in the medicine to come out on the side of love. Hand in hand. 6 months. juggle this as long as we all make this a prioritNOTAS

$150 for those who have come along the sister prayers circle.
WORKSHOP NIVEL
In Heartbeat we explore our emotions as energy, as power, as part of being human. Old feelings that have been locked in our limbs or caged in our chest begin to shake loose. We get comfortable with feelings, neither hanging onto them nor pushing them away.
