In the "TOGETHER" workshop, we will explore our feelings as individuals in the 5Rhythms dance in movement while being aware of how we feel in a group. We will explore how trust, openness, and collaboration emerge - how a group becomes a community. We will indulge in a chance to feel the connection in movement through the 5Rhythms (flowing, staccato, chaos, lyrical and stillness). Collaboration across generations and waves of live and recorded music will take us through the many layers of connections of place, music and people.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
