Spring is the awakening of new life. It’s the dawn of the year, new, fresh and full of promises. This ‘birthing’ is not without wrestling ; what arises out of the winter dreams is fragile and therefore easily disturbed or even destroyed. What needs your attention for further growth?  As if your life is your garden; what do you pull out, and what do you sow, take care off?  These are great themes to dance with. Following that strong vital life force that wants to go out, grow and live!  No push, no holding back, just a gentle laying out. We will use the map of the 5Rhythms to guide us. Waves of flowing, staccato, chaos, lyrical and stillness. There is extra attention for the heartbeat in stil flow; coming out of the winter, beginning a new wave, with the quality of deep listening to our bodies and hearts.
