Welcome to dance in spring in a 5 Rhythms Workshop with the theme: "Spring Equinox: Balance between light and dark" Spring is a balance between polarities which creates fantastic creativity and development. How do I find this balance in myself in my daily life? Lack of balance between polarities creates stress; I have to, but I want something else. Which keys do we have which help us create balance, harmony, and joy in our lives? How can we change our reality and have new experiences of Life? With the 5 Rhythms as our base for Free Dance, it can be an exciting journey of discovery to new insights, each and every one in their own way!NOTAS
Each day is individual. You can attend 1, 2, or all 3 dance days. Saturday and Sunday are different and a deeper experience comes from attending both days.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
