Lean into the heart-opening, exhilarating energy of ceremonial cacao, guided by Meredith to receive it in meditation.

Then move into a 5Rhythms® dance experience, to support & enhance your own inner rhythms as we get closer to the light.

Then simply lie down in your warm, comfortable nest, and let divine vibrations of sacred sound from crystal & Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, wind & string instruments, and layers of vocal alchemy wash over you as an organic and potent integration.

Whether you’re new to 5Rhythms or a seasoned mover, this space is open to all. Come as you are—no steps to learn, just your body and your truth.

You need one-on-one emotional support (Even though Marjolein will hold a safe environment to express all that presents itself. This is a group space that requires self-responsibility around trauma and triggers).

 This workshop will be valid for 1,5 Waves hours on your teacher dancing path.
