In this 5Rhythms workshop, I bring your attention to those sensations through gentle guidance of your awareness, playful movement and 5Rhythms waves. Radiating from the center generates safety and balance. Starfish is an image and a workshop created to awaken , deepen and transform your relationship to your body and your body and your nervous system in movement.

If you cancel your ticket before the 1st of Sept. you will pay 300,- kr. in administration. After that date you will receive 50% refund, or you can sell your ticket to another person. After Sept. 9th. there will be no refund.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
PRERREQUISITOS: No prerequisites required.
