In our noisy, busy demanding lives, it sometimes feels like we're 'not waving but drowing'. The 5Rhythms practice offers tools that help us stay afloat as the waves crash around us.I'm offering two linked sessions, and you are welcome to join us for one or both sessions. join us for lunch too!
