A Late Summer Retreat, September 2-6 2016The late summer sun is traditionally a time of harvest and celebration. We rejoice in the bounties of life and give thanks for what supports us in our lives. At the same time, we have an eye to the season ahead and what it may ask of us. Quietly, like ants, we prepare.
Perhaps a new work responsibility or life role approaches. Maybe we are moving town or changing lifestyle. Or we have been through a transition or loss and now find ourselves in new uncharted territory. Maybe we have been inward for some time and hear the world now knocking at our door.
This can be both thrilling and scary. We celebrate as we look back at how far we have come and the many gifts collected along the way. We might also take stock of what is now needed, to see what is essential before going forward. It can also be a time when we need to strengthen our resources to prepare for our next steps.
It's a time when we gather together to celebrate and support each other to step into those bigger shoes.
Nestled into beautiful hills, with hidden rock pools and ancient pine forests, the beautiful surroundings of Tadah in Antalya, Turkey, will be our home for this exploration.
Through movement and ritual, constellation and storytelling, meditation and nature connection, we invite you to come step into your bigger shoes.
