En Heartbeat, cada uno de los 5 Ritmos proporciona un camino para explorar y transformar las emociones, llevando a un yo más encarnado, presente y auténtico.
La quietud abre el camino hacia la compasión.

La vida está llena, así que deja que la pista de baile sea un refugio donde puedas descansar y expresarte en el ritmo de la respiración y el latido del tambor.

Cada gesto es una oportunidad para escuchar la sabiduría interna del cuerpo y para conectarse con un sentido más profundo de paz. Los movimientos alternan con pausas, incorporando la cualidad de la escucha profunda y la reflexión.
Este vaivén entre el movimiento y la pausa te invita a habitar plenamente el momento presente, abrazando la quietud interior como una fuente de fortaleza y claridad.

Cuando has recorrido todos los Ritmos y sentimientos diferentes, puedes descansar en el Aún Bailando con más coraje, perdón, entrega y generosidad.
Sin juzgar ni esconderse de uno mismo ni de los demás.

In Heartbeat each of the 5Rhythms provides a pathway for exploring and transforming emotions, leading to a more embodied, present, and authentic self. Stillness opens the way to compassion. In Heartbeat we explore our emotions as energy, as power, as part of being human.


Feelings long to be experessed through the body, and a joyfull and safe place to do that is a dancefloor. Through dance they begin to shake loose and we get comfortable with feelings, neither hanging onto them nor pushing them away.


In Still Dancing we’ll dance through all the emotions to arrive in compassion. It is a state of being where the heart is open and available without identifying with a story. It is also the place of the witness who can put service into action when needed. This is a very healthy and helpful way to see the wider picture, to hear the wisdom that is offered, and to know the next step. 


Every gesture is an opportunity to listen to the body's inner wisdom and to connect with a deeper sense of peace. Movements alternate pauses, embodying the quality of deep listening and reflection. This ebb and flow between movement and pause invites you to fully inhabit the present moment, embracing the stillness within as a source of strength and clarity. When you travelled through all different Rhythms and feelings you can rest in Still Dancing with more courage, forgiveness, surrender and generosity. Without judging or hiding for oneself or others.


Life is full on, so let the dancefloor be a refuge where you can rest and express in the rhythm of breath and the beat of the drum.

NOTAS

 Heartbeat is the second of Gabrielle Roth's maps. In this map we explore what the body knows about the expression of the heart. We move with the so called ‘primary’ feelings : fear, anger, sadness, joy and compassion. By dancing these feelings we can experience them as energy, fuel for our life dance.
