Stillness comes in many forms. Even the most frozen ground is still in motion. The earth’s revolution is imperceptible beneath our feet, yet ever moving us around the sun. Our bodies,our lives, all things are in a continuous dance with, through, and from all of the 5Rhythms. In Stillness, all the Rhythms carry us ever deeper into a Wave with no end, only vaster beginnings.

The rhythm of Stillness is a great wilderness where we practice moving fully from the breath and moving the whole body freely through space. We slow down the dance and energize the moment, allowing every shape to be a moving picture of what is.

When we join together in the dance of Stillness we surrender to the power of our collective breath,creating a temporal temple of spirit, one without walls, dogmas, or attachments - one with all and one in all. We receive the wisdom oft he glaciers, the embers, waves returning to the sea, the air around us meeting the air inside us, the possibility of becoming spacious and infinite in presence.

This Stillness comes in many forms. One of them is yours on this earth at this time. This Stillness lives in all of the Rhythms. All of them are yours to be enlivened by. This Stillness is a mystery to be explored. All of this mystery is yours to be embodied. This Stillness is ours to be moved by and with. All of us are still moving.
